Planned Features

There have been many features and functionality ideas that have come up in the course of development hitherto. Many of them have been put on hold to see how the application does in its initial phases of being used by the public. We hope to gather as much feedback as we can before pushing on.

We will start development on many things in the meantime that we think should be in StatDroid ASAP. We want StatDroid to not only be useful, but also interesting. Below you will find a list of planned features for the application and web-site. If you feel strongly towards a certain feature please let us know by using our feedback form.
Planned Features:

  • More themes (2)

  • Result pagination (2)

  • Starred contacts only Data Setting

  • Date range Data Setting

  • More Charts and Graphs (Line, Pie, Percentage, etc) (2)

  • Keyword Data Setting (Only data with a certain word in title or name)

  • Setting to switch from external media to internal (Currently only using external)

  • Create summaries for all stats (Similar to Call Stats) (1)

  • Community Stats Browser. A way to view Community Stats on StatDroid.com

  • Suggested result settings based upon the number of results returned

  • Contacts by state

  • Contacts by area code

  • By number type



Planned Image Stats:

  • By location



Planned Video Stats:

  • Videos By Resolution (Width and Height)

  • Videos By Artist

  • Videos By Category
