Community Stats
Community Stats (Beta) is a huge step toward a more dynamic application. We are trying to make connections between people in a more indirect and passive nature. Which, in turn (we hope) will bring about more connections in a direct and active nature. For example... You will be able to see if anyone has contacts with the same names and how often they talk or text that person. Another example would be to see if anyone else has as many (or more) tracks by your favorite musician. We see these possibilities as a grand step towards an interesting community and some very interesting stats.
To get started using Community Stats, simply double tap any result row. You should immediately see an alert
"Getting Rank For..."
If your vibrate setting is on you should also feel it when a double tap is executed. When your rank has been loaded, you will be notified by one of the four methods Dialog, Inline, Satus Bar, or Alert (Interface Settings > Ranking Display). Dialog, has the most detail and will show you who has the top three stats.
When you are ready to submit your stats the best place to start is (Community Settings > Nickname). Here you can create a display name for your stats. You can change your Nickname as often as you would like. All of your previously submitted stats will show the Nickname you last used when submitting stats. After you have entered a Nickname, you can submit your stats by pressing (Menu > Submit Stats) when viewing a stat results screen.
